Terms & Conditions

These terms are an agreement between you and TODO_YOUR_FULL_NAME, an individual operating as Udyogam from TODO_CITY, TODO_STATE, India. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

Udyogam is a software tool for job seekers. It tailors your existing resume to a specific job description using AI, scores how well your resume matches a role, and aggregates job listings from public sources.

We are not a recruitment agency or an employer. We do not guarantee that you will receive interviews, offers or employment, and we do not represent you to any employer. Job listings come from third-party sources and we cannot guarantee that any listing is accurate, current or genuine.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must give accurate information and keep your account secure.
• One person, one account. Do not share your login.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account.

Use of AI features is metered in tailors. One tailor is one AI resume tailoring run. Your plan determines how many you receive each week.

• The allowance resets weekly. The reset tops your balance up to your plan's allowance; it does not reduce a balance that is already higher.
• Tailors have no cash value, are not a currency or stored-value instrument, cannot be transferred between accounts, resold, redeemed or exchanged for money, goods or any other service.
• Tailors from one-time packs do not expire while your account is open.
• If a tailoring fails because of a fault on our side, tell us and we will restore the tailor.

Pro and Elite are recurring subscriptions. By subscribing you authorise a payment mandate that lets us charge the plan fee automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel.

• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees. The amount displayed at checkout is the total amount you are charged.
• Monthly plans renew every month; yearly plans renew every year.
• The price you subscribe at stays the same for that subscription, including promotional pricing. Price changes apply to new subscriptions only.
• You may cancel at any time from Plan & usage in your dashboard.

Cancellation, refunds and delivery are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

You agree not to:

• Submit resume content that is false, or that belongs to someone else without their permission.
• Use the service to create deceptive applications, or to misrepresent qualifications, employment history or identity.
• Scrape, resell, redistribute or build a competing product from our job data or output.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, payment, authentication or rate limiting.
• Upload malware, attack the service, or interfere with other users.
• Use the service for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these rules. Where the breach is not serious we will try to warn you first.

The AI rewrites and reframes information already present in your resume. It is instructed never to fabricate experience. Even so, AI output can contain errors or awkward phrasing.

You are responsible for reviewing every tailored resume before you send it to an employer. You confirm that the underlying facts are true. We are not responsible for the consequences of a resume you chose to submit.

Your resume and the content you upload remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content only so far as needed to operate the features you use — including sending relevant portions to our AI provider to generate a tailored resume. We do not use your resume to advertise, and we do not sell it. See our Privacy Policy.

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid feature substantially, you may cancel and we will refund the unused portion of a prepaid period.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunities, lost earnings, or a job you did not get. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. Deleting your account does not automatically refund a paid period — cancel your subscription first and see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at TODO_CITY, TODO_STATE shall have jurisdiction over any dispute. Nothing here affects your right to bring a consumer complaint before the forum with jurisdiction over your own location.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email, and the date at the top will change. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
